Guidelines to Obtaining Site
Certification
As Artists, Readers and/or
Healers

Readers
First and foremost we want
all of our Mediums, Healers
and Artists to treat their
sitters and other chat room
guests kindly and with
humility. Most of us
have been around the net and
I'm sure I'm not the only
one who's noticed that there
is nothing more off putting
than a Reader with an ego
problem.
Enlarged egos will not be
tolerated at Spirit Talks.
Most of the problems with
courtesy toward guests occur
when the reader believes
themselves to be above the
guests, special in some way,
and not to be bothered with
the those they consider to
be beneath them. This
is the biggest and best way
to keep from being certified
at Spirit Talks or to lose
your certification, as it's
the pet peeve of the owner
of the joint. We all
tend to get slightly
egotistical on occasion, and
should a reader on our site
fall into that, there will
be gentle counseling to help
remind him or her of our
goal of humility long before
any certification trouble
occurs.
Next, on the
Spiritualism and Mediumship
page on our site we have
C.E.R.T. guidelines that
we'd like all of our mediums
to use as the basis for
their readings.
Third, we ask that you spend
a decent amount of time in
Spirit Talks' chat room.
While we're newly
re-launched we understand
that the chat room is
frequently empty, but that's
when we need you there the
most. We ask that you
strive for at least 10 hours
a week. You'll be on
the honor system for this,
as we're not going to ask
you for an accounting of
your time.
Finally, we ask all
potential readers to fill
out an application
here
and, following the
C.E.R.T guidelines
and the courtesy rules, give
a reading to one of the
staff members in the
presence of a second staff
member. If you wish to
be certified as both a
psychic and a medium then we
ask that you do a reading of
both.
This should give us enough
to decide whether your
reading skills are advanced
enough to qualify to be
certified by Spirit Talks.
At the time of qualification
you'll be on a sort of
probation for one month.
During this time we'll
observe your readings, you
ability to get along with
others in the chat, your
frequency in the chat room,
and your continued reading
proficiency. Unlike
other sites, we won't
designate you any
differently while you're in
your trial period.
You'll be given the full
Readership designation in
the chat room. We
truly don't expect many to
be unable to make it through
this period without keeping
their certification.

Psychic Artisans
First and foremost we want
all of our Mediums, Healers
and Artists to treat their
sitters and other chat room
guests kindly and with

The only other requirement
is that you offer a staff
member a creation of your
art work created within your
psychic or mediumship
talent.

Healers
First and foremost we want
all of our Mediums, Healers

we'd like you fill out an

this

And finally, we'd like you
to chat with one of the
Guide Elders about your
abilities, experiences, etc.
