29. Blank Slate

With every breath, we are born anew, presented with a blank slate. This is a beautiful gift, for it awards us countless opportunities to assign the meaning that we attribute to each moment. At any time, we may choose to release the meaning, freeing the next moment to reveal its own mysteries without our added story or any attachment to our transient thoughts. May we find liberation in presence, allowing life to flow with ease and grace.
