17. The Flow Of Life
As we view the daily sunrise and sunset, we are reminded that with each day, all is new, and all is released. We cannot hold on to anything from one day to the next. It all slips through our hands, so there’s no need to grasp. Instead, we can separate our fingers, allowing life to pour through easily and without effort, inviting in each new day and each new moment with ease and grace. We determine how much resistance we create in our lives. May we embrace all that is with the eagerness and openness of a child, allowing for continual transformation. May every experience serve as an opportunity for healing and restoration.
